OVERVIEW
With its exterior brick walls and geometric rooms separated by a center hall, the renovated Dumbarton House provides one of the best examples of Federalist architecture in the Georgetown neighborhood. Dinners and receptions are usually held in the lower-level Belle Vue Room, which seats 100. Any rental includes access to the outdoor terraces and gardens, which hold an additional 80 guests.
