OVERVIEW
Once owned by Frederick Douglass, this museum home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood displays a number of his personal effects, including his freed-man documents signed by Abraham Lincoln. Individual rooms seat 150 or hold 170 for receptions; all three levels of the 4,500-square-foot museum can be rented for as many as 400.
