OVERVIEW
Connected to the neighboring Sackler Gallery, much of this museum lies underground. Its collections showcase the diversity of African art, featuring ancient and contemporary pieces in a variety of media. The museum can seat 120 for dinner parties with a speaker, while the different levels of the galleries can seat 180 for more informal dinners or hold 200 for receptions. A conference space is also in the works.
