OVERVIEW
Susan Gage started this catering company in 1996 out of her suburban home. Today, the company caters more than 2,000 events per year, operating out of a 20,000-square-foot facility that includes a full commercial kitchen. It serves everything from intimate dinner parties to galas for more than 1,000.
