OVERVIEW
On the shores of Fairview Lake, this glass-enclosed, modern French-American restaurant offers three private rooms with waterfront views. The largest, known as the Waterfall Room, holds 72 for receptions, while the chefs table, nestled in the kitchen of executive chef Bertrand Chemel, seats eight. During the summer months, an outdoor terrace holds 100 for receptions.
