On the second floor of Pour House restaurant sits Top of the Hill, an upscale martini lounge. Art and memorabilia from the World War II era decorate the wood-paneled walls, and chandeliers and plants hang from the high ceilings. Banquettes and sofas offer seating for 100, and the space holds 200 for receptions.
