OVERVIEW
The Shakespeare Theatre Company expanded its home in October 2007 with the opening of the new 775-seat Sidney Harman Hall, which joins the company’s existing 451-seat Lansburgh Theatre to form the Harman Center for the Arts in Penn Quarter. The $85 million facility features a multistory glass atrium with event spaces that offer views of the U.S. Treasury and the National Building Museum.
