OVERVIEW
For members of union leagues and nonprofit and community organizations only, this 8,000-square-foot, classically decorated town house—located two blocks from the U.S. Capitol building—offers reception space for 150. A rooftop terrace gives views of D.C. landmarks and holds as many as 150. The second-floor boardroom can accommodate smaller parties of 15. Audiovisual technology and an entertainment system with satellite TV and surround sound are available. Outside caterers are welcome.
