OVERVIEW
This eight-acre park surrounds a preserved 19th-century African-American cemetery and includes the Alexandria Black History Museum, surrounded by towering bronze tree sculptures. The park also encompasses a wetland area home to mallard ducks, painted turtles, and beavers. Events for as many as 150 can be held on the parks main lawn.
