OVERVIEW
The Liaison Capitol Hill debuted Art and Soul in September 2008. The 221-seat restaurant is helmed by Chicago chef Art Smith. The dining area looks out onto the 76-seat open-air patio through 16-foot glass walls. Also on site: a 25-seat private room.
