OVERVIEW
In May, the privately owned, 127-foot Miss Ann began offering charters for Potomac River cruises and dockside events. Built in 1927 as a luxury yacht for a Detroit industrialist, the vintage ship has two public levels that accommodate 100 for receptions and 50 seated. The carpeted main salon has a rich walnut-paneled interior and antique and reproduction furniture of the period. French doors open onto a covered bar area with four cocktail tables. A typical cruise lasts four hours and can include a visit to Mt. Vernon or National Harbor.
