OVERVIEW
In late September, the 226-room Courtyard by Marriott Chevy Chase reopened after a $35 million renovation. Meeting spaces include the 2,160-square-foot Mayfair room, which can hold 200 for a reception and 150 for a banquet, and the 336-square-foot boardroom, with space for 12. For outdoor events, there is a 3,180-square-foot patio on the second level. The restaurant, Bistro, serves an American menu.
