OVERVIEW
Chef Robert Wiedmaier (of Marcel’s) opened this modern take on the Belgian brasserie in April 2006 a few blocks from the Washington Convention Center. A glowing glass-and-steel solarium houses a large-scale open kitchen with views of the 165-seat main dining room, which is dotted with giant mirrors. The bar seats 50, and a chef’s table seats 10. Two private dining rooms can be combined to seat 60 or hold 100 for receptions.
