OVERVIEW
Café Saint-Ex alum Barton Seaver presents this eco-conscious seafood restaurant of sustainable cuisine, locally grown produce, and menus printed on recycled paper. Open since April 2007, the 5,000-square-foot space features a communal table adjacent to the 155-seat dining room and open kitchen. Other design elements include large photos of sea life on white stucco walls, and clear Lucite ball chandeliers partially powered by wind energy. Upstairs, a 30-seat private room overlooks bustling M Street.
