OVERVIEW
A spin-off of Arlington’s Boulevard Woodgrill, this restaurant cooks most dishes over wood—hence its name and open kitchen, which gives diners a bird’s-eye view of “dancing flames” jumping off the grill. The restaurant, which seats 160, was opened in April 2007 by Ryan Duncan, Bill McFadden, and Joe Corey. A private room holds 36, while a back room holds 60 for larger receptions.
