OVERVIEW
The 41,222-seat Nationals Park, home to Major League Baseball’s Washington Nationals, was slated to open in April 2008. The $600 million stadium will have 10 private party suites, three club spaces, and six convention-type rooms. The open concourse and playing field will be available for events. Nationals Park aims to be the first major stadium in the U.S. with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. |
