OVERVIEW
In October 2007, this sustainable-seafood restaurant, part of Jeff and Barbara Black’s Black Restaurant Group, added a 32-seat tasting room available for private events. The room features a fireplace, exposed brick, and a color scheme of periwinkle, chocolate, and ecru, with seating at the six-seat round table in the center of the room or at the dark wood banquette. A new glass-and-steel, refrigerated walk-through wine room connects BlackSalt’s dining room to the tasting room.
