The restaurant opened in December with 3,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor seating. Focused on sustainable produce and design, the 80-seat dining room includes a mangrove wood installation that spans the length of one wall. The bar seats 20 people, and the entire restaurant is available for buyout.

2. Verdea
Chef James King offers seasonal, farm-to-table menus in an American bistro setting. The restaurant, which opened in December in Palm Beach Gardens, can accommodate 200 guests: The dining room seats 52, the bar seats 30, and a private dining room holds 80. A wine bar has seating for 36.
