Where can I find an Exhibitor Kit?

The Exhibitor Kit will be sent out from events@bizbash.com once your contract is signed. It can also be found here [link to Exhibitor Kit].

What is included with my booth?

Each 10’ x 10’ booth area will be provided an 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket and a black and white booth Identification sign (7” x 44”). Offerings vary for alternative booth sizes.

Where can I order electric and other offerings?

In the Exhibitor Kit you will find all order forms for electric, additional rentals, Internet, and more. Our electric provider is Edlen and our Internet/WI-FI provider is CCLD.

Will Wi-Fi be available at the show?

Wi-Fi will be available in the space for browsing the Internet and checking emails at daily rates. If you are in need of a hard line internet for streaming purposes, please contact CCLD from your Exhibitor Kit and place an order for your booth.

Can I serve food at my booth?

In order to serve food at your booth, you must complete a food and beverage form, provided by SAVOR. All food must be produced by your company, not an outside vendor. The food and beverage form can be found in your Exhibitor Kit.

When can I set up my booth? When can I tear down my booth?

Exhibitor move-in will be on May 15 from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please refer to the Material Handling page in your Exhibitor Kit for more information. Exhibitor break down will start at 5:00 pm on May 16 following the close of the show. You are prohibited to break down prior to 5:00 pm.

Am I required to schedule labor to set up my booth?

The Local Union claims jurisdiction over the installation and dismantle of trade shows and exhibits. Full time employees of your company, however, may set up your booth without assistance as long as it does not involve power tools. Any labor services that may require power tools and beyond, must be rendered by the Union. Labor can be ordered in advance from Expo Contractors by completing the Labor form located in your Exhibitor Kit.

What is material handling (also referred to as drayage)?

Material handling is the process of unloading your freight boxes from your shipping carrier, either at the warehouse or show site, delivering it to your booth, storing your empty containers, returning of your empty containers at the close of show, and then reloading your freight back onto your shipping carrier. All services provided by Expo Contractors and can be discussed on site.

How is drayage determined?

Drayage charges are based off the weight from your inbound shipment. Please note, the heavier the boxes, the higher the charges.

Do I need to order carpet for my booth?

No, the exhibit hall is carpeted with a multicolor design. If you would like to order a specific color carpet, please find the Carpeting order form provided by Expo Contractors in your Exhibitor Kit.

How many Exhibitor passes do I receive?

For each 10x10 booth, you will receive 4 exhibitor passes. Offerings vary for alternative booth sizes.

How old do I have to be to work the show?

All booth personnel must be at least 18 years of age, unless approved with exception from BizBash.

Where do I eat at the show?

Retail concession stands will be available at the show.

What is the dress code?

Dress is business casual.

How do I register?

The BizBash Events team will send you a special registration code for your team.

Is there a special hotel rate?
