Upon graduating from American University, he founded, operated, and successfully sold a society and political magazine for the nation’s capital called Washington Dossier.

Jessica Dowd has been in the media/advertising business for eight years, specializing in event production and building custom brand experiences for advertisers. She started her career at Maxim in the sales and marketing department, where she helped in the execution of brand programs, such as the Maxim Super Bowl Party, and sponsored events for advertisers such as Old Spice, Ray-Ban, and U.F.C. In 2010, Dowd joined Thrillist Media Group and is currently the senior event producer leading the event team. She has produced more than 250 events for more than 100 different brands ranging from small intimate engagements and corporate conferences to multi-sponsored events. Advertisers include Samsung, Jaguar, Jack Daniel’s, and Bacardi.

Dana Lowenfish is a founding member and executive vice president of Sequence, an event agency specializing in production, strategic planning, and design with a strong emphasis on client service. Prior to Sequence, Lowenfish served as vice president at Global Events (formerly Paint the Town Red), an international award-winning event company, where she worked for almost 12 years. Throughout her career, Lowenfish has produced a variety of events including launches, sales and investor meetings, fund-raising galas, and award shows. Daniele Menache is the managing director and global head of events at AllianceBernstein LP. She joined AllianceBernstein in 1986 and worked her way up to role of director in 1997. Danielle Wright is a seasoned marketing and event strategist based in New York City and currently serves as director of events and meetings for KPMG. In her role, she guides more than 50 business professionals aligned to KPMG’s 21 major markets in the creation of event activities that facilitate relationship building, extend the brand in the marketplace, and strategically position the firm as a thought and industry leader. Wright previously served as director of executive meetings and events at American Express where she led the strategic development and implementation of domestic and international executive communications, meetings, and events for the office of the C.E.O. as well as for the firm’s senior executive management team. Wright is a member of Meeting Professionals International and Council of Protocol Executives, and she chairs the alumni committee for the Legal Event Planners Group. She also serves on the executive board for the Ridley Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for academically gifted African-American students admitted to the University of Virginia.
