SoBe Ritz Now Offering Off-Site Catering

The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach just announced Monday it will be offering off-site catering for a select list of venues in Miami including the Fifth, Alfred I. DuPont Building, SET nightclub, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, So Cool eVenue, and Carrousel Yacht.

"With an increased demand in the local convention market, guests that stay with us at the Ritz-Carlton for three or four nights at a time were asking if we could cater to their needs elsewhere," said Mary O'Donnell, director of meetings and special events for the hotel. "I have had experience in off-premise catering before and decided it would be a good idea to try it out."

More venues will be added to the list as the service progresses.
