Built in 1914, Casa Loma attracts tourists, film crews, and event planners year-round. Venue directors launched renovations and new late-night event hours at a party on Wednesday.

Casa Loma, the 100-year-old castle, museum, and event venue long popular with tourists, planners, and film crews, debuted interior renovations at a party last night. The spruced-up 20th-century castle from Pegasus Hospitality Group now has new window treatments, patio furniture, wall sconces, chandeliers, and refinished flooring in the three main event spaces: the Library, Great Hall, and Conservatory. The company also outfitted the kitchen and downstairs café with new equipment.

In addition to the interior renovations, there were several announcements. Guests at the castle will have access to Wi-Fi starting in June, air-conditioning will be installed in the Library and Conservatory this summer, and event hours will be extended until 1 a.m., a request that venue managers had recently been receiving more frequently.
