The Palazzo has opened its new 80-person lounge, Laguna Champagne Bar, on the casino floor.
Laguna's menu of classic champagne cocktails and other beverages includes "Buck’s Fizz" (with fresh orange juice and Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial), "Flower Eclipse" (with St.Germain elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec), and "Bubblicious" (with Campari, fresh orange juice, and Moet & Chandon “Nectar” Champagne). High-end flights are available, and sommeliers are on hand.
A signature experience at Laguna is "Champagne Boom Boom shooters." A Champagne sommelier serves the shots on a wooden plank, with the instruction that guests tap the glass on the board twice, making the drink foam before shooting it down.
The space also offers entertainment, including performances from a harpist.
