Eat to the Beat united 60 of Canada's top female chefs at Roy Thompson Hall for an event in support of Willow Breast Cancer Support and Resource Services.
A soothing toast to the senses, the evening was a melodic marriage of music and food with the big band sound of The Advocates and vocals by Cadence providing a backdrop for the chefs to work in perfect harmony. Each food station was uniquely styled to highlight the selected dishes?with decor and theme design credited to the chefs themselves. The culinary femme-phenoms worked in conjunction with wineries, breweries, and coffee and liquor providers from across Canada to achieve the desired result. Rental wares for the event were provided by Chair-man Mills.
