In a tony tweak to a typical alcohol event format, about 4,000 guests took to Will Rogers State Historic Park for the third annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on Saturday, with co-hosts like Rachel Zoe and Nacho Figueras. BrownHot Events produced the bash, where food trucks, acoustic rockabilly by Vinnie and the Hooligans, and—bien sur—champagne filled the day. More than 750 V.I.P.s sought comfort in an India-inspired area beside the polo field, which included splashy floral decor in an on-brand hue from BrownHot. A collection of six marigold chandeliers filled the tent ceiling, each standing eight feet high and made from thousands of strands of silk marigolds in Veuve's recognizable yellow shade. BrownHot partnered with Mille Fiori Floral Design to create an eight- by 20-foot paper flower backdrop for the V.I.P. tent bar. Each flower was hand made and comprised of custom-printed stock, crepe paper, and tissue paper.
