Nothing says Washington like the Roof Terrace Restaurant atop The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in D.C.’s Foggy Bottom neighborhood. The 5,000 square feet of sweeping event space features dramatic 20-foot ceilings and provides the versatility to host a conference, lunch meeting, ceremony, or demonstration. The venue also offers affordable daytime underground parking. There is no requirement to be a member or sponsor of the Kennedy Center in order to reserve the Roof Terrace for private events.
In addition to providing a beautiful view of the Potomac River, the Roof Terrace is the only venue in D.C. with panoramic views of Washington’s iconic monuments and memorials. The venue can provide guests with audiovisual production equipment on-site, and the same professionals who work for the National Symphony Orchestra, Washington Opera, and the Kennedy Center Honors manage it.
Roof Terrace is proud to have hosted a number of memorable events, including the CBS pre-event reception for the Kennedy Center Honors.
