In addition to the more than 32,500 animals housed in the aquarium, Shedd has an in-house events and catering team that can fulfill all your needs. Shedd’s Phelps Auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology that can be used for meetings, lectures, award ceremonies, and more. The aquarium also has seven additional event spaces that vary in size to accommodate few as 50 and as many as 1,200 guests, including a terrace which can be used in the warmer months.
