The first Global Demo Week is just one week away, taking place January 26, 27, and 28 at 2 p.m. E.S.T. The three-day virtual showcase is part of Live Gathering Tools, the online marketplace developed by BizBash to connect today's busy event and meeting professionals with new technologies for live experiences. Each day, reps from five event technology providers will demo their products, detailing what's new and different in three minutes or less. Nearly 1,000 industry pros have already signed up; have you?

Here are just a few reasons to register for the first Global Demo Week hosted by BizBash.

1. It's free—and you can tune in during your lunch break.
Not only is it free to register, Global Demo Week is also designed to be quick and accessible from wherever there's an Internet connection. The all-virtual showcase will be recorded live at the studio in the Helen Mills Theater in New York, but registered participants don't need to go through the hassle of booking a flight or a hotel room—entire teams can tune in from their desks. Plus, each day will only take an hour and the demos will be available on demand for a limited time afterwards.

2. There will be a variety of tools and services to discover.
Global Demo Week is divided into three days and each day is dedicated to a different type of technology. On Tuesday, there will be companies presenting products that help industry professionals manage their events, Wednesday will showcase apps and platforms for event marketing, while Thursday will focus on tools for attendee engagement.

But there will be more to discover: the product halls of Live Gathering Tools include all types of technology companies, from those that offer analytics and presentation tools to ticketing and registration providers. Anyone who signs up for Global Demo Week will be able to access the Live Gathering Tools virtual trade show.

3. There's even time for Q&A.
Participants in Global Demo Week will have the opportunity to get their questions answered throughout the day. Company reps will take questions after their demos and Global Demo Week hosts David Adler, C.E.O. and founder of BizBash, and Jeff Benish, an event producer at a major financial institution, will lead an open discussion at the end of the hour.

Technology providers will also be available for one-on-one conversations at their booths in the Live Gathering Tools trade show hall.
