AV Rental Depot, the new Boca Raton-based audiovisual rental division of Multi Image Group, is now offering a mobile HD plasma display unit for events. The 103-inch Panasonic TH-103PF9UK hailed as the biggest plasma TV in the industry-allows you to provide a flat-panel option to your clients rather than just projection, says Joe Doyle, an account executive at AV Rental. Great for everything from digital signage to presentations and live broadcasts, the unit's monitor is attached to a motorized floor stand that allows for easy mobility; it can lift the 485-pound television right out of its carrying case-making it event-ready in under 10 minutes. Rental of the screen is $5,500 per day locally, with additional charges for shipping-it's available nationwide. Blu-Ray disc units are also available.
