A Cleveland native has branched out to South Florida with today's opening of Red, the Steakhouse. The 7,200-square-foot restaurant located in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood brings with it the prestige of the original Cleveland restaurant, which was named one of the top restaurants in the country by Gourmet magazine and one of Esquire magazine's top five.
The culinary team is led by executive chef Peter Vauthy and features an interior of minimalist style with seating for 180. Three private rooms are available-one of which is outfitted with glass walls for parties of 12-and can be combined for groups of as many as 64.
Off-site catering, custom menus, and buyouts are available. Outside audiovisual companies are welcome.
