One major draw to the Bass Museum of Art's annual fund-raiser "A Night at the Museum" was the preview of “Charles LeDray: Bass Museum of Art,” with the artist in attendance, but planners wanted to make sure guests saw more of the museum. So they created a scavenger hunt that sent guests exploring the Egyptian gallery; Renaissance, Baroque, and contemporary works in the Taplin Gallery; and the new LeDray exhibition. The winner received brunch for four at Cecconi’s Miami Beach.

More than 500 people attended the April 26 event. The silent auction included custom art experiences including a signed print, studio visit, and catered lunch with artist Carlos Betancourt; a curator-led art day in New York City; and V.I.P. Art Basel and Miami Swim Week packages.

Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres by TiramesU, cocktails and refreshments from Mandarine Napoleon, Kanon Organic Vodka, Yardbird, Zonin Prosecco, Breezette, Vie Vite, and Perrier, and desserts from Stella’s Sweet Shoppe. DJ Sample and saxophonist Natty Rico performed. Panache provided rentals.
