Maybe it was the cute, smiley models who probably have more milk and cookies than champagne and cigarettes. Or maybe it was Kevin Edwards' mix of wholesome pop music in the background. But whatever it was, the formula of cute kids and new clothes was a hit at Kids "R" Us' fashion show at the Puck Building.
Produced by Kids "R" Us public relations manager Tomii Crump and Hula Gal Productions' Kristen Jennings, the event showcased the retailer's new fall line of kids' clothes at a pep rally-themed fashion show for press and interested moms. The event even included members of the NYU Dance Team and some kid-celeb appeal: Jamie Lynn Spears (Britney's little sister) and Erik Per Sullivan of Malcolm in the Middle were among the kiddie models.

The event's cute gift bag featured all the necessary back-to-school items, including a calculator, pen, water bottle, notebook and chocolate bar branded with the Kids "R" Us logo. The items were from All Ways Advertising, and a white cheerleader pom-pom stuck out of the bag to match the show's pep rally theme.
