The N.F.L. hosted two exclusive Super Bowl events at Sun Life Stadium on Sunday before the game. The N.F.L. On Location hospitality program, produced by Phoenix-based M Group Scenic, provided corporate groups such as Sprint and Phillip Morris and individuals looking for a more in-depth Super Bowl experience with game tickets, on-site hospitality suites, amenities, and V.I.P. access to on-site pre- and post-game events.

The official N.F.L. Tailgate, produced by Party Planners West, was a separate hospitality area at the stadium for game attendees invited by the N.F.L. The expansive footprint in the parking lots surrounding the stadium included three tented lounge and entertainment areas, a large stage that held performances by singers Chris Winwood and Daughtry on Sunday afternoon, and N.F.L. memorabilia displays.
