Communitek's Mobile Kiosk is a hand-held device event staffers can use to collect information from attendees at a tradeshow, meeting, or any other gathering. The New York-based manufacturer's wireless tool can play audio and video, print coupons or vouchers, and has an eight-hour battery and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology, among other features. Built-in software allows users to import guest lists, keep tabs on headcounts, and export data into Excel files. Communitek sells the devices for $1,495 each, or they can be rented for $99 per week, plus $49 for each additional week. Discounts are available for bulk orders, and the Mobile Kiosks can be shipped worldwide. All units can be personalized to include custom graphics, data fields, and interface layouts for a flat $100 fee.
