Billy Dec, C.E.O. and founder of Rockit Ranch Productions, will give the keynote presentation at the BizBash IdeaFest Chicago on November 14 at the Merchandise Mart. Dec is an Emmy Award-winning contributor on ABC’s Windy City Live, with his own segment called "What's On Dec?" focusing on weekend events and happenings in and around Chicago.
Dec will share how he launched Rockit Ranch Productions, Chicago’s premier restaurant and entertainment development company, specializing in the creation, marketing, and management of some of the city’s top venues, including Rockit Bar and Grill, Rockit Burger Bar, the Underground, Sunda, and the newly opened Dragon Ranch Moonshine & BBQ.
Dec’s presentation will focus on how he approaches everything from networking and promotions to obstacles he’s had to overcome while building a business with more than 600 employees. Dec will also discuss some of his highest profile events and key concepts he’s used to garner national exposure.
