LOS ANGELES The Disney Media Distribution international upfront event took place Sunday at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, overseen by marketing vice president Evelyn Geraci with production and design by Russell Harris Event Group. The presentation took place on a soundstage for 650 guests, who moved to another stage for a late-night party. The team used a combination of Donald Duck Avenue and Stage 2 for the event, which achieved a splashy look largely through lighting. Russell Harris worked with Images by Lighting to light the iconic Disney water tower at one end of the street, as well as the ABC Building across the street. A swirling gobo pattern decked the floor and furnishings.
