Nestled deep inside the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel, celebrity chef Todd English has set up shop. Todd English's Bluezoo offers a sleek, modern space that does not take itself too seriously. The space is reminiscent of a futuristic underwater fantasy. Aluminum fish swim above a blue glass bar; big bubble fixtures hang overhead; and areas are partially portioned off, creating an air of privacy that doesn't feel confined.
