Jessica Rubin is the event coordinator for Gen Art Los Angeles.

Decor: “Keith Greco of Greco Décor and his team of strongmen have made many a staging miracle happen in empty event spaces with limited time, limited resources, and limited budget. The creativity that results when Greco Décor sets to transforming an event space never fails to astound [me]. At Gen Art’s New Garde fashion show this past spring, Greco created three amazing installations to correspond with our designers’ fantastical visions for backdrops to their fashions."
Catering: Epicurean Events executive chef Joe Melillo has gone out of his way to provide customized, affordable catering for several of my events. His offerings are fresh, delicious, and appetizing, and the service is always personal and exceptional. His platters have been as artful as our exhibitions themselves. I have turned to Epicurean more than once with last-minute catering requests and the response has always been delicious.”

Graphic Design: The Killswitch Collective, a Chicago-based design team, takes a personalized and artistic approach to everything thrown their way. For every invitation, program, banner, and other design project they’ve ever received [from us], the creative and efficiently created product has always been one of quality and innovation. For projects needed in a hurry, Killswitch has never failed to surprise me with outstanding turnaround time.”

DJ: DJ Reach aka Semu Namakajo is New York-based and on the job internationally. He’s DJed events for the best and the biggest—from Carson Daly to Fashion Week to networks, magazines, and celebrities. But as wanted as he is on the event circuit, he’s always been willing to work with the smaller clients, the smaller budgets, and the better causes.”
