Armed with folders of resumes, 5,000 jobseekers crowded the HotJobs.com Career Expo to meet with more than 90 exhibitors looking for new employees. Job hopefuls dressed in everything from the traditional navy suit to Hawaiian shirt and shorts (no joke) came in every shape, size, color and age. And exhibitors--organized into categories like "IPO Row" and "Sales Pavilion" with banners from Esco Stationery Company--used everything from balloons to popcorn poppers to get them to stop at their space.
