Hampton Event Management International, now in its 31st year, is a live-event production company that offers the insight needed to deliver a successful event in the unique and challenging environment of Long Island’s East End and the Hamptons. We are dedicated to creating, managing, and producing the most exciting and successful concerts, sporting events, and food festivals in the area. Our team has the experience and understanding needed to execute any size event, from a fund-raising concert for 10,000 to a weeklong executive retreat, whether locally or on a national scale.
Memorable Moment
Developing, organizing, and executing the details of the V.I.P. experience for one of the most successful annual fund-raising concerts on Long Island, “All for the Sea.” Coordinating various aspects of off-premise events at the Masters and U.S. Open golf tournaments. Expanding into our new Bridgehampton, New York, headquarters in 2017.

We will assist in any aspect of event design, including tenting, staging, lighting, and sound as well as talent hospitality, catering, and vendor management.

Event logistics is our love, including working with local municipalities, permitting, and code compliance, with a unique ability to foresee problems before they arise. Our successful long-term relationships with the State Department of Health, State Liquor Authority, local police, and town boards assures our clients a smooth-running event.
