The Astor House
Located just off Park Avenue on the Upper East Side, the historical Astor House feels like home the minute you step inside. The facility specializes in full-service events and is one of the few private clubs in New York City with a seasonal garden. Whether the occasion is a wedding for 300 or a small event that needs only one room, the Astor House offers the perfect venue for both formal and casual events.
Designed by celebrated architect Mott B. Schmidt in 1927, the Astor House was purchased by the New York Junior League in 1947 and designated a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1967.
"Our photo shoot was perfect. The Astor House is a gorgeous setting for all things bridal. From the elegant marble flooring to the stunning chandeliers, each room is more beautiful than the last. The incredibly talented staff team anticipated our every request."
