NEW YORK Time Out New York presented its fourth annual Eating & Drinking Awards during a cocktail reception at the Four Seasons restaurant. Cyndi Stivers, TONY's president and editor in chief, served as master of ceremonies and presented the 36 awards. Two big winners: Daniel Boulud (best chef and best French haute cuisine for Daniel) and Danny Meyer (best Indian for Tabla, best dessert menu for Gramercy Tavern and best upscale chain for his four restaurants).
