Industria Williamsburg - 39 South 5th Street

With stunning locations in Manhattan’s West Village and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Industria has been at the epicenter of the creative industry since 1991. Founded by world-renowned photographer Fabrizio Ferri, Industria revolutionized the photo and event industry as the first multi-studio complex of its kind in New York City. Offering remarkable and versatile facilities, Industria’s studios are designed for commercial shoots and a variety of exceptional events, including exhibitions, conferences, fashion shows, trade shows, weddings, and pop-ups. 

Today, in addition to its iconic West Village studio, Industria offers two stunning locations in bustling Williamsburg, Brooklyn: 39 South 5th Street and 33 Grand Street. The studios are extremely accessible, only one subway stop from Manhattan and strategically located near the waterfront and Domino Park.

39 South 5th street has expanded to a full 10,000 square feet and boasts four car-accessible studios with multiple entrances and retractable walls, three mezzanines, and majestic 25-foot cathedral ceilings. 33 Grand Street, an intimate 2,000-square-foot historical space, is an architectural gem brimming with character, complete with a private yard and a 1,000-square-foot basement. All locations are known for their elegant industrial character and functional interiors that can be uniquely customized by clients.
