OLD: Opened in 2010, FishTag offers seafood from chef Michael Psilakis, in the space previously occupied by his other ventures, including Gus & Gabriel, Kefi, and Onera. Redesigned in the style of a parlor, the 50-seat dining area is outfitted with a mix of wood, brick, and metal accents. Looking to create a wine-bar-like spot, Psilakis partnered with chef Ryan Skeen to create a Mediterranean-inspired menu accompanied by a large selection of varietals, bottled craft beers, brews on tap, and signature cocktails. The bar seats 24.
