Erin Amanzio and Jill Souza are the new owners of Fringe and Company, an event design, decor, and management company. The partners bought out previous owners Dwayne and Cindy Black. Amanzio, the C.F.O., has a background in accounting and marketing. She also is an experienced graphic designer, having worked for printing company Top Thermography. Souza, the C.E.O., earned a degree in communications and public relations from Florida State University and has coordinated events in Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. She will be responsible for the new international sales and corporate marketing division as the company takes on a more corporate focus.
