Stay at Lincoln, a boutique hotel and temporary residence, offers a unique location on Miami Beach for cocktail parties, intimate outdoor events, and overnight stays. Within a residential area of South Beach, the hotel is located just a block from Lincoln Road and within walking distance to the beach.
With just nine units, the former condominium building caters to executives with stays for a night, a week, or multiple months. Each room is outfitted with a full kitchen, living area, desk, and sleeping area.
There are eight one-bedroom units with Murphy beds to allow for extra work or entertaining space and one two-bedroom apartment. The rooms can also be used for business meetings or private dinners for 10 people in the single units and 15 in the double.
For outdoor events, there is a 3,000-square-foot garden that can seat 120 or hold as many as 300 for receptions. The area also has a 15- by 10-foot projection screen that can be used with the garden’s built-in audio system.
There is a small catering prep kitchen near the garden, and outside vendors are permitted for events.
