Held in the Beaux Arts Court, some 550 guests dined on a menu prepared by Great Performances and sourced from its organic farm. 'The room has so much amazing architecture that I wanted to pare it down, not overtake it,' said Beckman. 'I couldn't really hang anything in the room, so the monoliths are installation-like and that became the video content in the room.' Glossy white floors also gave the stage a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
