Florals and architecture collided courtesy of Birch Event Design at this 800-plus-person wedding at the New York Hilton. Mirrors adorned with white and rosy blooms in linear and circular patterns made for a show-stopping, fashion-forward altar.

New York City’s @creativeedgeparties put a sweet twist on one of America’s favorite foods with its Big Mac-inspired macaron. French fries came in the form of pound cake with a berry ketchup, and guests washed it down with a vanilla milkshake.

A garden-themed baby shower designed to “let the good things grow” boasted a tablescape courtesy of Megan Wappel Designs/a> featuring pink-hued (it’s a girl!) watering cans suspended over mini herb planters. While some planters housed vegetables in their raw form, others boasted veggies in cookie form.

Savage X Fenty tapped LA-based AKJOHNSTON in early 2022 to design and fabricate a custom, heart-shaped vending machine for the launch of its then-new Las Vegas store. The custom machine was part of a week-long activation where some visitors even won a prize worth $10,000.

Montreal-born and -based multidisciplinary visual artist Gab Bois got the par-tea started on Halloween with a tea set—complete with a teapot, sugar bowl and spoon, and four tea cups—made entirely out of pumpkins.

To celebrate Madonna’s birthday, party host and Too Faced Cosmetics co-founder Jerrod Blandino tapped Balloon & Paper for a floating mirrors-inspired display in Beverly Hills. Cue hundreds of silver balloons, which flanked the venue’s walls and ceilings.

CountDown Events Planning & Design

Canada’s CountDown Events Planning & Design hosted a once-in-a-lifetime lunch on a glacier complete with an ice cave walkthrough experience. Five helicopters were employed to bring guests to the mountaintop venue, where blue-hued lighting made for an awe-inspiring photo.

Binary Style

Singapore’s Binary Style helmed a commissioned, immersive exhibit titled Terrarium at 2022’s Singapore Night Festival. Terrarium invited guests into a magical garden landscape outfitted with a floral arrangement made out of paper, which was enhanced with projection mapping of Binary Style’s signature plant-inspired designs.
