The celebrity arrivals area, which was situated on the other side of the check-in section, was marked by an enormous wall designed by Raul Avila with more than 20,000 red roses.
A total of 200,000 stems of red and white roses, shipped in from Colombia and Ecuador, decorated the event. A team of 150 staffers worked to prepare the floral decor.
Ecuadorian roses for Piaget's space were delayed by a customs snafu at the airport; the flowers eventually made it to the lounge.

After much research, the event's organizers chose to create a striking topiary at the entrance to the garden, incorporating MoMa's logo alongside sponsor Cartier's into a simple backdrop for the arrivals area.
