Red roses might be considered a traditional—and therefore maybe unimaginative—choice of flower, but the crimson blooms appear to be making a big comeback at events. This year, red roses have popped up at galas, fashion shows, and even a vodka launch. And next Sunday, guests of the Emmy Awards Governors Ball will dine in a setting designed to look like the inside of the red rose.
